Bio
Born and raised in Curitiba, Brazil, he developed an early fascination with travel and discovery through road trips across different regions of the country. Those journeys shaped his way of seeing the world — not only focusing on destinations, but on the unexpected moments along the way. The desire to document and share what he encountered led him to photography, later naturally expanding into filmmaking and journalism.
He holds a degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Paraná, where his academic work focused on documentary storytelling and visual communication. His final project, a photo documentary about nature and wildlife in the coastal region of Guaraqueçaba, received the highest academic distinction and reinforced his commitment to documenting environments, cultures and the relationship between people and nature.
Today, he works primarily as a documentary photographer and filmmaker with an editorial aesthetic, focusing on travel, culture, nature and human experiences. His work seeks to reveal new perspectives — highlighting details, landscapes and stories that might otherwise go unnoticed. With a positive and attentive approach, he aims to showcase beauty, diversity and the elements that deserve to be preserved and valued.
Since 2021, he has been based between Brazil and Turkey, dividing his time between Curitiba and Istanbul. His move to Turkey expanded his international presence, leading him to work across different regions and cultures. In addition to Brazil and Turkey, his assignments have taken him to countries such as Tanzania, Kenya and Indonesia, and his work frequently involves travel and collaboration with international clients in Portuguese, English and Turkish.
His experience includes documentary and commercial projects in tourism, conservation and cultural storytelling, including environmental initiatives documenting wildlife preservation efforts. One notable long-term project involved visiting and documenting dozens of wineries across Turkey, capturing the relationship between land, people and tradition through photography and aerial imagery.
Working mostly independently, he combines careful planning with the flexibility required by real-world environments. He approaches scenes with observation and respect, allowing moments to unfold naturally while remaining attentive to light, context and subtle details. For him, photography and film should communicate clearly on their own — conveying meaning and atmosphere even without additional explanation.
Driven by curiosity and a deep appreciation for nature and cultural diversity, he continues to document places and people with the intention of sharing new perspectives and fostering connection. He is currently based between Curitiba and Istanbul and is available for assignments worldwide.
